My Journey

Hi, I am, Linda, passionate about helping people grow, lead, and thrive through moments of change. For over 20 years, I’ve supported purpose-driven professionals and organizations around the world—guiding them through career transitions, leadership growth, and talent alignment.

After working in international HR and talent acquisition roles across multiple countries, I founded Active Career Step to bring my vision to life: empowering individuals and organizations through coaching and recruitment that’s human-centered, values-driven, and practical.

My approach is shaped not only by professional experience, but by personal transformation—I’ve walked this path myself. Being coached helped me move through challenges with clarity and confidence, and it’s now what fuels my work with others.

Fluent in French, Arabic, and English, and grounded in a multicultural background, I work globally with clients from diverse sectors and walks of life.

My one-year long individual coaching program with Linda was exceptional. As I had reached the middle of my career in the humanitarian aid sector – and became a “humanitarian mom” in 2018 – I was looking for guidance to help me think through my past work experiences, and identify what my next chapter(s) could look like. Both objectives were fully met.

At the beginning of the program and for each subsequent steps, Linda helped me preparing and structuring our sessions ; we had a clear objective we aimed to achieve for each session. This was fundamental and extremely helpful as I could see how I was progressing sessions after sessions, and achieving the objectives I had set at the beginning of the coaching program.

I feel overall that Linda active listening skills helped me confronting “big” questions and also fears. At the end of my coaching program with Linda, I am confident to say that I know my professional-self much better, I’ve opened new doors and also changed job!
